How Your Discounts Work
Your pricing is based on two simple factors:
- Volume Commitment: Discount basis blends annual rate and duration (annual units + a duration-weighted add-on). Higher monthly rates unlock deeper discounts sooner.
- Contract Length: Longer per-unit contracts (1/3/5/10 year) reduce pricing
The more you commit upfront, the more you save across the entire deal.
Price Lock Guarantee
Your commitment: 240 units over 2 years (10 units/month)
Your price stays locked when:
- You maintain your monthly order rate (averaged over the last 3 calendar months), and
- You haven't yet reached your total committed units (240)
What this means:
- Units under this commitment maintain the pricing above for the contract term.
- Order extra units in any month without penalty — they get the same locked price.
- Once you reach 240 total units, you've fulfilled your commitment. We'll work with you on renewal terms that make sense for both parties.
Example: You commit to 10 units/month for 2 years (240 total). Your 3-month average stays at 10/month. In month 6, you order 15 units instead of 10. All 15 units get your locked price. As long as you keep averaging 10/month and haven't hit 240 total units yet, your committed units maintain this pricing.
